Do you think you are the only one that cannot swim or is afraid of the water?

Would it surprise you to know that 3/4 of the adult population cannot swim properly and half of them have fears of being in the water of one sort of another, some owing to accidents as a child, others by not being taught properly or some because they have not been taught at all. 

Fear of allowing water on their face or not having control by not wanting to let their legs float without holding on to something and need to keep their head up out of the water?

This seminar is designed to show that you are not alone.

There will be 1 hour talk by myself (Irene) also introducing my assistant Sophie. The talk will be accompanied by cd footage showing the most common fears and how they can be overcome.

After the introduction talk the audience can discuss their feelings about the water if they so wish and ask questions, also coffee and light lunch provided.

Followed by an introduction in the pool (one person at a time) giving them the opportunity to put into practice the items we have discussed. This is designed to show the person what things will be addressed if they decide to take a course.

Nearly everyone that attends my courses has no idea what they are going to do, this compounds their fears, something that can be eliminated by attending the seminar.
